Memorial Prayer Garden

St. Leo the Great Parish is pleased to present to our parishioners and visitors a quiet place for prayer and reflection. In the Fall of 2006, work was completed to develop an area for people to use as a memorial or remembrance for special events, family members or friends that may have touched their life.

The memorial prayer garden features a Cross, 14 Stations of the Cross, tablets of the Ten Commandments, paved stone walkways, park benches, trees, shrubs and lighting. The Cross, Stations of the Cross and Ten Commandment tablets are made of Vermont granite. The Cross, which is lit in the evening, provides a beautiful focal point.

Our hope is that you and your family will want to make a donation of an engraved brick to be placed in the walkway. These may be dedicated in memory of a loved one or to remember a special occasion.
